Home of Vilma Buck 1158 Ribier Ct., Sunnyvale, CA 94087 Metta, or loving kindness, is a practice of happiness that heals the heart, meets the pains of life with sensitivity, and strengthens inner serenity that is essential for concentration. Sharon Allen will lead the group in a guided meditation and offer teachings on including loving-kindness practice in daily meditation. Sharon Allen is a long time practitioner and teacher of mindfulness meditation and movement. Sharon has a degree in Human Development, is Certified in Transpersonal Studies from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, and trained with Jon Kabat-Zinn in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, which she taught at Kaiser for fourteen years. Sharon leads several meditation groups that explore spiritual growth through meditation and inquiry.
