DESCRIPTION:Registration for this retreat has closed. The retreat is full. \nFebruary 3 – 10\, 2023\nOrlando\, Florida \nThe Path Of Awakening: Cultivating Concentration and Insight\nThis silent Insight Meditation retreat will provide instructions for developing mindfulness\, concentration\, and insight. The meditation practices will be directed toward nurturing mindfulness of body and mind\, enjoying clarity of consciousness\, understanding our habitual patterns\, inclining toward peace\, and recognizing how full awareness enhances the potential for liberating insight. Daily dharma teachings and guidance from the teacher make this retreat suitable for both new and experienced practitioners. \nRequirements: Vaccination against COVID-19 is required to attend this retreat. This retreat will follow more stringent disease prevention procedures than is currently required by public health orders. For example\, participants will be required to take covid tests prior to traveling and during the retreat\, and wear a mask in common in-door areas such as the meditation hall and lounges for part or all of the retreat. The specific measures we will require will be determined shortly before the time of the retreat as we consider the ever changing situation.
