In addition\, an introductory instruction is provided to Vipassana Practice (Insight Meditation). A beginner’s session is conducted the first Tuesday of the month immediately before the regular weekly sitting. Come for the introduction and stay to enjoy the regular weekly sitting group and meet the members of Insight Meditation South Bay. \nMeditation instruction is offered starting at 6:30.
