Cultivating Happiness & Joy

A Weekend ONLINE Meditation Retreat

with Shaila Catherine

March 25 – 27, 2022

This at-home online  weekend retreat will explore the place of profound happiness in Buddhist practice. Although Buddhism is reputed to emphasize teachings on suffering, the path is infused from beginning to end with contentment and joy. This program will highlight the essential role that happiness plays in the development of our practice, from the enhancement of daily ease and well-being, to the bliss that can saturate the mind during meditation, and finally to the unsurpassed peace that comes with awakening.

Please join us as we deepen our practice together through a program of live video conferences with Shaila Catherine. The online meetings will include guided meditations, Dharma talks, question and answer sessions, and small group discussions.

Registration is required. Scroll down to choose a ticket level. Registration will close about 3 days prior to the retreat, so don’t wait to the last minute!

More information, an expanded schedule, and a link to join the video conferences will be emailed to registrants a few days prior to the retreat.

This retreat is appropriate for beginning, intermediate, and experienced practitioners.

Cancellation Policy: All fees and payments are non-refundable. If it becomes necessary to cancel participation in a course, and the registrar is notified prior to the start of the first meeting, your registration fee will be converted into a voucher creditable towards the fee for either a future IMSB or Bodhi-Retreats program.
