We rejoice with every act of generosity, and we appreciate your support for IMSB, our teachers and programs. There are several ways to donate to support our work.
On Line
If you have a PayPal account, you may use this button to give through PayPal’s Giving Fund. When using the Giving Fund your gift will not incur service charges, but it requires you to have a PayPal account. You may donate either with a credit card or make a transfer from your PayPal account. If you want your donation to be used for teacher dana or credited to one of our specific funds, and if you do not find a place within the transaction process to add these instructions, please email treasurer
instructing the treasurer to credit your gift for teacher dana or the fund of your choice. Any donations that are undesignated will be used where most needed.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you may use your credit card to make one-time or recurring monthly donations through Network for Good. To offer teacher dana designate the gift as “Teacher Dana.”
Network for Good now requires you create a Network for Good account to donate. If you have any problems, please contact us by sending an email to treasurer.
Recurring Donations
Most banks and fund transfer services offer convenient methods for establishing recurring monthly, quarterly, or annual donations. You may establish a recurring donation through this PayPal Link, or through Network For Good. Recurring donations provide consistent support in ways that are efficient for both the donor and recipient, and ensure a steady stream of support. Please consider supporting us with a recurring gift designated for Teacher Dana, General Operations, or any of our funds.

Please include a Donation Form–Remit Slip. You may indicate the percentage of your donation dedicated to the Teacher Dana and to the Operations Dana in the memo field of the check.

IMSB donations can be designated for:
- General Operations
- Teacher Support
- Facilities Fund
- Scholarship Fund
- Monastic Scholarship Fund
- Prajna Vihar School Fund
- Outreach and Aid Fund
Please specify how you would like your gift used:
- on the memo line of your check,
- in the designation box on the Network for Good form,
- in the “add special instructions” field of the PayPal form
- or by sending an email to treasurer.
You may request that it be divided between certain funds, for example, General and Teacher. Any donations that are undesignated will be used where most needed.
Tax Deductible
Insight Meditation South Bay is incorporated in the State of California, and is recognized as a charitable organization by both the State of California and the Internal Revenue Service under section 501(c)(3). Contributions are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

We encourage you to join our mailing list. We may periodically add new donors to our mailing list. To unsubscribe, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails or send a note to membership asking us to remove you from the list.
