Wesak Celebration – with special guest Venerable U Jagara

This evening IMSB will celebrate Wesak, the primary Buddhist holiday that commemorates the Buddha’s enlightenment, birth, and death. The program will be led by special guest, Venerable U Jagara.
Tonight’s program will include meditation, teachings, and a simple offering ceremony. The structured program will end around 9pm, but please plan to stay a few minutes longer to enjoy refreshments and social time with the community.
If you wish, you may bring flowers, Wesak Dana Offerings, or treats for the social to contribute to the event.
Everyone is welcome. Chairs are provided. Bring a cushion and mat if you prefer to sit on the floor. The floor is not carpeted.
