This course will help you develop mindfulness skills that strengthen focused attention, enhance the clarity of mind, and overcome restless distractions. We will cultivate mindfulness of breath, sensations, emotions, thoughts, and actions. This series will include exercises that enhance mindfulness, support the development of a daily meditation practice, highlight balanced awareness in work and home life, and provide the foundation for liberating insight. The course is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners who wish to refine meditation techniques, bolster wisdom, and enjoy cultivating mindful awareness with a community of local meditators.

  • September 11 – Clarity in a Changing World: Insights into impermanence — with Shaila Catherine
  • September 25 – Awakened Living: How mindfulness produces happiness and overcomes habits that cause suffering — with Shaila Catherine
